Business Women and Moms A Joyous Occasion's owner, Joyce Frye, was raised in a family business and seems to have been born to be an entrepreneur. Some of you may remember her Mommy Tracker day planners from the late 90's through 2003. After she ceased publication of the day planner, she became the Tennessee Sales Manager for a bridal magazine and found she loved the bridal industry.
