Wampler/Keith Park at the intersection of Kingston Street and Rock Springs Road has six soccer fields, an outdoor basketball court and a skate park for skateboarders. If you want to shoot some hoops, you’re welcome to stop by. Stay for a picnic at one of the picnic tables.
The Town Creek Greenway and Walking Trail was added onto this year. This wide, paved 1.75 mile path connects Broadway and the Lenoir City Middle School. Day-to-day, this recreational area is used most.” The greenway passes through Rock Springs Park which has a playground area, a picnic shelter and restrooms. A favorite park of visitors and residents alike is the Lenoir City Park at Fort Loudoun Dam. This park has seven picnic shelters which can be reserved, two tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, restrooms and two playground areas. It also has a boat ramp and dock plus a fishing pier.
